Refund Policy

We want you to love your TRL Gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return

1. Email us at [insert your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If you received free shipping, a small restocking fee may apply.

• For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Limited-edition event gear

• Gift cards

• Promotional giveaway items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or correct the issue right away—no hassle.
